Reina launches redesigned website

X-Ray Cassette Repair Co. Inc. DBA Reina Imaging is pleased to announce the launch of our fully redesigned website. Our goal was to improve the user experience, site navigation, quick access to product details and overall improve customer satisfaction. Here are some of the highlights…

Landing Page

This is the first page that people will hit when clicking on our website. It is used to bring attention to a specific product and service we want to feature. So right now, we are highlighting the CarbonCase line of accessories. This page will change as new rollouts occur.

User navigation

We have simplified the pathways to locate our products. Let’s face it, Reina offers a lot of similar-looking and sounding accessories. Finding products can be a real pain. Helping the customer find what they need quickly was a primary goal. A more traditional navigation bar at the page’s header, footer, and the ability to peruse the general product collections and services on the homepage should do the trick. Then, if more is needed, we have also vastly improved the search bar that works via product name or catalog number.

Services

We have expanded the services section on top of cassette repairs to include and highlight our ever growing and talented engineering/projects management teams. We now clearly promote the creativity, ingenuity, and value we bring the radiographic industry.  The services are broken down into four categories: New Product Design, Print Build, Spec Build and Repairs.  

Product Details

Empowering customers with more product details will help both you and your customers get the info they need to be comfortable with their purchasing decision. Now each product page features single click tabs that provide a description and advantages (overview tab), product specs i.e. dims, weight and boxed weight (specifications tab), and any supportive brochures, datasheets or user manuals (resources tab).  

FAQ page

This page, in which much of the content was provided by customer service team, has a ton of content that they answer daily. Plus, we also get to answer questions as to why we are the superior choice for customers along with plugs back to our blog.  

Reina Resellers

This page seeks to clearly point our international customers in the right direction. US and Canadian customers still need to contact us for a list of dealers in their area.

Quote Cart

We will supply product CAT#s and descriptions in the quote cart. The customer at that time can request an official quote. This will notify our customer service with an official quote request and our CS team can then assist with an official quote and suggest a RI reseller or help with any required support.
