When an off-the-shelf Reina Imaging product isn’t a viable option, we can support our customers’ specific needs with semi-customized or fully customized products
Semi-Customized Products
Our default product mix can be customized for certain image receptors and applications to provide next-level of performance for more demanding customers. These customizations include items such as performance-matched grids, cut-outs in holders to view indicators on an image receptor (such as LEDs, power buttons, battery openings and the like), as well as positioning devices made-to-order for certain image receptors.
Fully-Customized Products
We can also build fully-customized accessories and equipment to support our clients’ needs. We can make uniquely sized and shaped image receptor holders, custom cut image plates, custom grids and grid assemblies, positioning equipment, weight bearing devices, and other accessories that are specific to our customers’ needs and otherwise unavailable in the general marketplace.

We build to exacting tolerances, quickly and accurately.
Comprehensive Product Support
We provide engineering for aftermarket parts that work seamlessly with incumbent OEM equipment to support upgrades of the imaging chain, add functionality, and increase ease of use. Keep the total cost of ownership down when the complete “forklift” replacement of capital equipment isn’t necessary, desirable, or affordable.
Build to Print
We provide manufactured component pieces to exacting tolerance. Simply provide us with the product drawing and we can produce the item down to the millimeter. Reina Imaging will ensure that we build the product requested from the customer’s work instructions.
Repair Services
Reina Imaging only repairs products we have produced. This includes PAG’s and accessories. Items will need to be evaluated based on age and condition.
Repair Process
Take advantage of our repair services. Complete the Contact Us form and forward it to us to get started! By providing a detailed description of the item (model, serial number) and photos or video we will be able to evaluate the issue and advise you further. Be aware that upon receipt and assessment additional discovery may occur. Once we have completed the assessment and testing a formal quotation will be sent outlining the parts and labor required to restore your product to factory standard. If the product cannot be repaired, replacement will be recommended and quoted accordingly. You only pay for shipping; there is no cost to assess your damaged product. Lead times may vary depending on your approval and work required.

Quick Turnaround
Upon your signed approval, typical turn-around times are about 3 to 5 business days. Should you want your item returned after evaluation we’ll do so at no charge. If you decide to proceed with the repair, our work comes with a 90-day warranty against defects in craftsmanship.
No Commitment Repair Assessment
When a repair is possible, the cost saving is tremendous. Since we do not charge for a repair evaluation, it is always a good idea to send in any damaged Reina Imaging accessory to our facility for assessment. You just pay shipping.
