Reina Imaging Retains New Customer Service Manager, Mary Feffer
Crystal Lake, IL – March 22nd, 2019 – Reina Imaging is pleased to announce the hiring of our new Customer Service Manager, Mary Feffer. Mary came on board January 1st and has already made an enormous positive impact.
Mary, a proven change agent, brings with her nearly 30 years’ experience within the healthcare industry. She improves effectiveness and efficiencies across entire organizations, having spent the last 15 years with the booming startup company PharMEDium. Mary’s extensive experience operating in the highly regulated medical device and medical supply arena makes her uniquely qualified to understand and implement Reina’s support system for our customers, to train our customer service representatives and to complete the full implementation of our CRM system.
Mary currently resides in McHenry, IL with her husband Mike. When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her two children and four grandchildren, motorcycling, boating and spending time in Wisconsin with friends and family.
